Our destination guides and articles are starting points for planning. Conditions, opening hours, transport services and booking arrangements can change. Check the current details with the relevant official authority or provider before applying, booking or travelling.
First-hand travel accounts describe the experiences stated in the article; they are not a promise that another traveller will have the same experience. Other guides bring together destination information and planning suggestions without implying that every place mentioned was personally visited.
Visa preparation and decisions
Raahva is not an embassy, immigration authority or government service. Visa and entry requirements depend on your passport, residence, travel purpose and circumstances. The responsible authority determines the applicable requirements and makes the decision.
Our readiness questionnaires organise preparation and suggest next steps. They do not determine eligibility, assess documents, predict approval or replace official instructions. Where a guide gives an information verification date, it refers to a specific editorial check and does not guarantee that requirements have remained unchanged.
Enquiries, quotes and services
An enquiry starts a discussion; it does not confirm a booking or create a paid service. We first discuss your requirements and the help you need, then prepare a personalised quote. We do not publish a standard service fee because the scope varies.
Before a paid service or booking goes ahead, the scope, fees, payment arrangements and relevant conditions must be agreed separately. Visa assistance, planning or booking support does not guarantee visa approval, entry, availability or a particular travel outcome.
Bookings, changes and cancellations
Flights, accommodation, transport and other services have their own provider conditions. Review the relevant fare, room or service terms, including changes, cancellations, refunds and any restrictions, before agreeing to a booking. Raahva’s service scope and charges will be explained separately from third-party charges.
If plans change, contact us promptly so we can discuss the available options. What can be changed or refunded depends on the agreed arrangements and the relevant provider terms, subject to applicable rights.
Information you provide
Please provide accurate details and check names, dates, destinations and other booking or application information carefully. Do not submit identity documents or financial details through the general enquiry form. We will discuss any documents needed for a specific service separately.
